Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your AI Email Writer account and the information connected to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- Open the contact form and choose the topic that fits best (Account & billing works for most requests).
- Use the email address that is associated with your AI Email Writer account, so we can verify the request.
- Write a short message such as “Please delete my account and its data.”
- Send the form — your email app opens with the message ready to go.
What to include
To process your request quickly, include the email address you signed up with. If you used a sign-in provider (such as Apple or Google), tell us which one. Please do not include passwords or payment card details.
What happens next
Once we receive a verified request, we delete the account and the personal information connected to it. We may retain a minimal record where retention is required by law. Active subscriptions continue to bill until cancelled, so we recommend cancelling first — see below.
Cancelling a subscription
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel through the store where you subscribed: the App Store for iOS purchases or Google Play for Android purchases, or the payment provider you used on the web. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
